Just a note to thank you Dr. Shuster for turning all my fillings white, and keeping me more healthy than I've ever been.  When my aunt saw me with my teeth all white for the first time she yelled across the airport in Dublin:  "Oh Clodah, you've had your teeth fixed in America!"
